Delivery Policy

Registrants will receive an email receipt within 24 hours from registering.  This email receipt may be used as your claim check for your registration package when you check in at the conference.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • ExPAAC reserves the right to cancel this event, in which case all monies paid will be reimbursed
  • If for any reason you must cancel your registration, your written request to inquiries@expaac.org must be received on or before July 5, 2010 to receive a full refund. A 20% handling charge will be assessed for written cancellations between July 6 and July 19, 2010. No refunds will be issued after July 20, 2010.
  • All refunds will be issued after the completion of the conference
